Sunday Atnadu Bawa was born on 26 September 1982 in a small town called Minna in Niger State, Nigeria.
Growing up around a congregation of musical influences from his homeland, Sunday honed his own style by combining typical Nigerian worship songs with modern contemporary hits. His influences are vast and varied and range from Michael Jackson to Kirk Franklin, Switchfoot to Dark child, P.O.D to Winans.
A religious man, Sunday's main ambition as a singer is "to represent the mind of the listener passing across positive messages of hope through Contemporary Christian music. My lyrics both inspire and bless at the same time."
His 2011 debut album, 'My Super Story', is infectious uplifting music from a man with a mission. It's Afro-beat / alternative / hip-pop.
