'Miss Thang' is the debut studio album by American singer Monica, released by Rowdy Records.

Primarily produced by Dallas Austin, with additional production from other producers in his DARP production camp. It debuted at number thirty-six on the Billboard 200 and number eight on the U.S. Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop albums chart becoming certified triple platinum by the RIAA for more than three million copies shipped to stores.

It spawned four hit singles with 'Don't Take It Personal', 'Like This and Like That', 'Before You Walk out of My Life', and 'Why I Love You So Much.'
